The investigation conducted about the claim that certain undertakings operating in the fertilizer sector violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition has been concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file on 03.08.2023, the Competition Board has decided that the parties to the investigation that are operating in the fertilizer sector did not violate article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition; therefore, it is not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertakings.
