The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted about the claim that undertakings operating in tractor production and marketing sector violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.

Discussing the information and documents obtained and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 05.01.2023, the Competition Board considered the findings significant and sufficient and took the decision no 23-01/17-M to initiate an investigation about:
