The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted about the claim that undertakings operating in higher education student dormitories market in Giresun have violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of price fixing.

Discussing the information and documents obtained and observations made in the meeting on 31.08.2023, the Competition Board considered the findings significant and sufficient and took the decision no 23-40/775-M to open an investigation about Private Piraziz Kuzey Higher Education Student Dormitory for Girls, Private Onur Higher Education Student Dormitory for Girls, Private Piraziz Beyza Higher Education Student Dormitory for Girls and Private Sıla Higher Education Student Dormitory for Girls.
