The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry about the claim that Panek Ziraat Aletleri Dayanıklı Tüketim Malzemeleri Otomotiv Yakıt Petrol Ürünleri Tarım Ticaret A.Ş., which operates in fast moving consumer goods sector as a supplier, violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.

Having discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 06.10.2022, the Competition Board considered that the findings about retail price maintenance were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-45/656-M to initiate an investigation about Panek Ziraat Aletleri Dayanıklı Tüketim Malzemeleri Otomotiv Yakıt Petrol Ürünleri Tarım Ticaret A.Ş.
