The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted upon the claim that Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. and its distributors violated article 4 of Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of practices aimed at determining buyers’ resale prices. 

Having discussed the information, documents acquired and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 07.07.2022, the Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-32/518-M to initiate an investigation about Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İs-Ra Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.in order to determine whether they violated article 4 of the Act no 4054.
