The investigation conducted about Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İs-Ra Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. concerning the claim that they violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of their practices aimed at resale price maintenance has been concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file on 03.08.2023, the Competition Board has decided that Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İs-Ra Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. did not violate article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of their practices aimed at resale price maintenance; therefore, it is not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertakings.
