The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted into the claims that Nestle Türkiye Gıda Sanayi AŞ violated article 4 of Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of determining the resale price of its distributors and imposing region and customer restrictions to its distributors. 

Having discussed the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 15.12.2022, the Competition Board considered the findings significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 22-55/850-M that an investigation shall be initiated about Nestle Türkiye Gıda Sanayi AŞ.
