The investigation, which was conducted into the claims that Nestle Türkiye Gıda Sanayi AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of resale price maintenance and imposing customer and region restrictions to its distributors has been concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file on 15.02.2024, the Competition Board decided that Nestle Türkiye Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition; therefore, administrative fines shall be imposed on the said undertaking.
