The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry about the claim that Natura Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which carries out activities in fast moving consumer goods sector as a producer/supplier, violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.

Having discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 15.09.2022, the Competition Board considered that the findings about resale price maintenance were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-42/609-M to initiate an investigation about Natura Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in order to determine whether it violated article 4 of the Act no 4054.
