The Competition Board has concluded the preliminary inquiry into the claims that Mavili Elektronik Tic. ve San. AŞ, by means of determining technical service fees and the resale prices of spare parts and finished goods, restricting territories and customers, and Mavili Elektronik Tic. ve San. AŞ, Filiz Güvenlik Sistemleri Proje Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Yıldız Yangın Söndürme Sistemleri San. Tic. AŞ, by means of an agreement to allocate customers, violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in the meeting on 01.12.2022, the Competition Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-53/804-M to initiate an investigation about Mavili Elektronik Tic. ve San. AŞ, Filiz Güvenlik Sistemleri Proje Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Yıldız Yangın Söndürme Sistemleri San. Tic. AŞ
