The Competition Board has concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in order to determine whether Hiksan Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by determining the resale prices of undertakings, which are the resellers of its products.

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 10.11.2022, the Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-51/762-M to initiate an investigation about Hiksan Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
