The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted on the claim that Epson Italia S.P.A. Italy Headquarters Türkiye İstanbul Branch and Kadıoğlu Kırtasiye Pazarlama Ticaret AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by restricting customers and regions, maintaining resale prices and restricting internet sales.

The Competition Board discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 12.10.2023, concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient and took the decision no 23-48/909-M to launch an investigation on Epson Italia S.P.A., Epson Italia S.P.A. Italy Headquarters Türkiye İstanbul Branch and Kadıoğlu Kırtasiye Pazarlama Ticaret AŞ.
