The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted to determine whether Danone Tikveşli Gıda ve İçecek San. ve Tic. AŞ, Eti Gıda San. ve Tic. AŞ, Horizon Hızlı Tüketim AŞ and Nestle Türkiye Gıda Sanayi AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of exchanging competitively sensitive information.

Having discussed the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 15.12.2022, the Competition Board considered the findings significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-55/849-M to initiate an investigation about Danone Tikveşli Gıda ve İçecek San. ve Tic. AŞ, Eti Gıda San. ve Tic. AŞ, Horizon Hızlı Tüketim AŞ ve Nestle Türkiye Gıda Sanayi AŞ.
