In its meeting on 19.10.2023, the Competition Board took the decision numbered 23-49/937-M to initiate an investigation in order to determine whether certain ready-mixed producers operating in Ankara violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of agreements/concerted practices restricting competition concerning the labor market about the following undertakings:
