The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted to determine whether the private schools operating in Istanbul and Ankara at the level of primary and secondary education and the Private Schools Association of Türkiye violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.
Discussing the information and documents obtained and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 23.11.2022, the Competition Board considered the findings significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-52/776-M(1) to initiate an investigation about the following Ankara-based undertakings:
