The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted about the claim that Casting Agencies Association as well as casting agencies and managers violated the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.

In its meeting on 12.12.2024, the Competition Board considered the information and documents obtained and observations made in the preliminary inquiry significant and sufficient and took the decision numbered 24-53/1175-M to initiate an investigation about
