The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted about the claim that undertakings operating in the cosmetics and personal care products sectors violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by determining resale prices and restricting online sales.

Having discussed the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 20.10.2022, the Competition Board decided that the findings were significant and sufficient and took the decisions numbered 22-48/696-M(1), 22-48/696-M(2), 22-48/696- M(3), 22-48/696-M(4), 22-48/696-M(5), 22-48/696-M(6) to initiate an investigation about Avon Kozmetik Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Farmasi Enternasyonel Ticaret AŞ, Kosan Kozmetik Pazarlama ve Tic. AŞ, NAOS İstanbul Kozmetik San ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Pierre Fabre Dermo Kozmetik Ltd. Şti. and Yöntem Profesyonel Kozmetik Ürünleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.
