The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted into the claim that Aslan Ticaret Dayanıklı Tüketim Malları ve Limited Şirketi violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by intervening in dealers’ resale prices and banning online sales in case the dealers do not comply with that.

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 23.06.2022, the Competition Board considered that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 22-28/458-M to initiate an investigation about Aslan Ticaret Dayanıklı Tüketim Malları ve Limited Şirketi.
