The investigation about the claim that Align Tech Turkey Tıbbi Cihazlar Limited Şirketi violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by abusing its dominant position by means of predatory pricing and foreclosing the market with its discount programs was completed.

As a result of the discussion of the file on 07.12.2023, the Competition Board has decided that Align Tech Turkey Tıbbi Cihazlar Limited Şirketi did not violate article 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition; therefore, it is not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertaking.
