The investigation conducted in order to examine the price increases in the wholesale of lemon, in line with the news appeared in the media and reflected in the public opinion was concluded. 

As a result of the discussion of the file on 30.09.2021 by the Competition Board, it was decided that since there are not any information, documents or findings showing that Ahmet DOĞAN, Akbaşlar Tarım Ürünleri Gıda Nak. San. İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., Balcı Tar. Ürn. Seb. Mey. Kom. İnş. Emlk. ve Taşm. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Çekok Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Eren Tarım Ürün. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Gülerler Komisyonculuk İmalat Seb. Mey. Saraltma Pak. Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti., Harun AHMETOĞLU, Has Egeli Nar. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Kara Yaş Sebze Meyve İth. İhr. Ltd. Şti., Limoncular Sebze Meyve Komisyon Evi Şehmuz ÖZGÜN, Öz-Ka Tarım Ürünleri İth. İhr. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Sezai Ahmet HALLAÇ – Meysen Eksport, Sopalı Narenciye ve Organik Tarım Ürn. Paz. Nakl. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Topal Gıda Murat TOPAL, Topal Narenciye Plastik Gıda Tarım Hayv. İnş. Pet. Tur. Taş. Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti. and Uçak Kardeşler Gıda Seracılık Uluslararası Nakliye Plastik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. violated article 4 and/or 6 of the Act no 4054, it is not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertakings according to article 16 of the same Act.
