Within the scope of the investigation concerning Trendyol (DSM Grup Danışmanlık İletişim ve Satış Ticaret AŞ), which was initiated on 23.09.2021, the Board has decided on 09.06.2022 that

• The commitment text submitted by DSM Grup Danışmanlık İletişim ve Satış Ticaret AŞ and entered in the records of the Authority with the letter dated 09.06.2022 and numbered 28680 within the scope of the commitment process with DSM Grup Danışmanlık İletişim ve Satış Ticaret AŞ initiated according to the Board decision dated 19.01.2022 and numbered 22-04/50-M  shall be revised and its final, ultimate and acceptable version shall be submitted to enter in the records of the Authority until the end of the working hours on  15.06.2022,
• Commitment negotiations will be terminated in case an acceptable text is not submitted,
• The suggestion “to take an interim measure pursuant to the paragraph 4 of Article 9 of the Act no 4054” made by the rapporteurs in the Report dated 08.06.2022 and no 2021-1-025/BN-08, which was discussed in the Agenda no 22-(26), shall be discussed if the commitment negotiations are terminated.
