With its decision dated 09.06.2015 and numbered 2014/1793 E., 2015/965 K., Ankara 8th Administrative Court annulled the Competition Board decision dated 19.12.2013 and numbered 13-71/992-423, which was taken as a result of the investigation conducted on Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. and TTNET A.Ş., based on the claims that the undertakings concerned violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 via price squeezing in the fixed broadband internet access services market. In order to carry out the annulment decision, Competition Board launched a new process with its decision dated 05.08.2015 and numbered 15-33/495-M, which reached the hearing phase. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Tuesday, March 08, 2016, at 11.00 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the investigation until the end of the business hours on Friday, February 26, 2016.
