The investigation which was launched in order to determine whether İzmir Chamber of Jewelers violated article 4 of the Act by engaging in certain practices aimed at restricting competition, including fixing sales prices for gold and imposing sanctions on those tradesmen who refused to comply with the prices. The hearing concerning the aforementioned association of undertakings will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at 11.00 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
