The investigation launched on Booking.com B.V. And Bookingdotcom Destek Hizmetleri Limited Company in order to determine whether they violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054 with “best price guarantees” and other practices has reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerned will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at 2.30 p.m.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on Monday, December 19, 2016.
