The investigation launched in order to determine whether Antalya Pegas Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat Taşımacılık ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Odeon Turizm İşletmeciliği A.Ş., Alkan Grup Turizm İşletmeleri A.Ş. and Antalya Depar Turizm İnşaat Taşımacılık Nakliyat Organizasyon Otomotiv Yat İşletmeciliği Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd. Şti. violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by obstructing the operations of their competitors through vertical and horizontal agreements or concerted practices has reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at 11.00 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on Monday, October 3, 2016.
