The investigation related to the complaint that Maysan Mando Otomotiv Parçaları San. ve Tic. A.Ş. refused to provide goods to the complainant, tried to exclude the complainant out of the market by acting jointly with complainant’s competitors and thus restricted competition and whether the undertaking in question determined resale prices reached the hearing stage. The hearing will be held on June 11, 2019 at 10:00 AM.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on May 27, 2019
