It was decided previously that the hearing for the investigation in the market for dried fig would be held on March 6, 2012. However, it was postponed to March 13, 2012 according to the Board decision dated 02.02.2012 and no.12-04/178-M. In the hearing to be made at 10.00 in the premises of the Competition Authority, the following undertakings will use their rights to hearing before the decision is taken about the investigation concerning them.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on Friday, February 24, 2012.
