With the Competition Board decision numbered 22-54/828-M, an investigation was opened on 08.12.2022 about the claim that certain ready mixed concrete manufacturers that operate in Ankara and Kırıkkale provinces violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition. The claims that certain ready-mixed concrete manufacturers operating in Ankara and Kırıkkale provinces violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of fixing the sale price of ready mixed concrete and/or engaging in an agreement/concerted practice to allocate regions/customers and exchanging information constitute the subject of the investigation.

Of the parties under investigation,

a) With respect to the following undertakings which operate in Ankara,

the investigation process was concluded with settlement decisions taken by the Board on different dates. The relevant parties were imposed 65.125.619 TL administrative fines totally.

The hearing for the investigation, which is conducted to determine whether article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition has been violated, will be held on July 16, 2024 at 10.30.
