The investigation conducted in order to establish whether driving courses operating in the Fethiye district of Muğla violated the Act no 4054 has reached the hearing phase. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 10:00 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the investigation until the end of the business hours on Friday, June 07, 2013.
