The investigation conducted in order to determine whether Adana Çimento San. T.A.Ş. and Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 has reached the hearing phase. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Monday, June 23, 2014, at 10:00 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the investigation until the end of the business hours on Friday, June 13, 2014.
