The investigation conducted in order to determine whether Article 4 of the Act no 4054 has been violated due to the gentleman's agreements for the labor market, pursuant to the Competition Board decisions dated 01.04.2021 and no 21-18/213-M, dated 05.08.2021 and no 21-37/527-M, 16.12.2021 and no 21-61/875-M will be held online/face to face on July 18-19, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who want to attend the meeting to speak should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which show their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on July 11, 2023. 

Those who want to attend the hearing as audience can follow the meeting online. To this end, the participation form should be filled according to the instructions on the Competition Authority website until half an hour before the meeting time at the latest.
