The investigation concerning the seven undertakings operating in the province of Sakarya in the ready-mix concrete sector has reached the hearing stage.

The hearing concerning İnciler İnşaat Kum Ocağı İşletmeciliği Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., Oyak Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Arıdil Konut ve Otomotiv Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Belpaş Sakarya Büyükşehir Belediyesi İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., Nuh Beton A.Ş., Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Akyazı Hazır Beton Nalburiye İnşaat Nakliye Petrol Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. which are under investigation shall be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2012, at 11.00 a.m.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority via a letter containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on Friday, August 17, 2012.
