The investigation which is conducted into the claims that Nestle Türkiye Gıda Sanayi AŞ violated article 4 of Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of determining the resale price of its distributors and imposing customer and region restrictions to its distributors has reached the hearing stage. The hearing in question will be held on February 06, 2024 at 10:30.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who want to attend the meeting to speak should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which show their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of working hours on January 30, 2024. 

Those who want to attend the hearing as audience will be able to follow the meeting online. To this end, the participation form should be filled in according to the instructions on the Competition Authority website half an hour before the meeting time at the latest.
