The investigation conducted according to the Competition Board decision dated 23.09.2021 and numbered 21-44/650-M to determine whether DSM Grup Danışmanlık İletişim ve Satış Ticaret AŞ violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054 by means of its practices in online marketplaces market has reached the hearing stage. The hearing will be held on July 11, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who want to attend the meeting to speak should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which show their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on July 04, 2023. 

Those who want to attend the hearing as audience can follow the meeting online. To this end, the participation form should be filled according to the instructions on the Competition Authority website until half an hour before the meeting time at the latest.
