The investigation which was initiated to determine whether Volkan Metro Turizm Seyahat ve Nakliyat Tic. Ltd. Şti. violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 has reached the hearing phase. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertaking will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at 11:00 AM.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the investigation until the end of the business hours on Monday, November 04, 2013.
