The investigation launched in accordance with the Competition Board decision dated 18.05.2023 and numbered 23-23/432-M in response to the claim that the economic entity comprised of Google Reklamcılık ve Pazarlama Ltd. Şti., Google International LLC, Google LLC, Google Ireland Limited and Alphabet Inc. Violated Article 6 of the Act no 4054 by their tying and self-preferencing practices related to their online display advertising and advertisement technologies services activities has reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerned will be held on 03.12.2024, at 10.30 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" to make a statement should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on 26.11.2024.  

Those who wish to sit in on the hearing can follow the meeting online. To that end, the participation form must be filled in accordance with the directions on the Competition Authority website, half an hour before the time of the meeting at the latest.
