The investigation which was conducted in order to determine whether the following undertakings violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 reached the hearing stage:

- Schenker & Co AG, Schenker A.E., Schenker Arkas Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.Ş., Fertrans AG,
- Kühne+Nagel International AG & Co ve Kühne + Nagel A.E.,
- Rail Cargo Logistics – Austria GmbH,
- Raab-Oedenburg-Ebenfurter Eisenbahn AG and
- Express Interfracht Hellas A.E.

The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertaking will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at 10:30 am. In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on Friday, December 04, 2015.
