The investigation initiated in response to the claims that Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. distorted competition in the market for concrete pumps and concrete pump trucks by abusing its dominant position through its agreements with concrete pump producers and discount systems it applied for those producers reached the hearing stage. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at 10:30 AM.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on Monday, July 30, 2018.
