The investigation conducted in order to determine whether articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054 were violated by Frito Lay Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş. has reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertaking will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2013, at 10:00 am. 

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the investigation until the end of the business hours on Friday, August 16, 2013.
