The investigation which was conducted in order to determine whether the following undertakings violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 reached the hearing stage:

- Batısöke Söke Çimento Sanayi T.A.Ş.,
- Çimentaş İzmir Çimento Fabrikası Türk A.Ş.,
- Denizli Çimento Sanayii Ticaret A.Ş.,
- Göltaş Göller Bölgesi Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Tuesday, January 05, 2016, at 14:00.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on Friday, December 25, 2015.
