The investigation on MPS Metal Plastik Sanayi Çember ve Paketleme Sistemleri İmalat ve Tic. A.Ş and BEKAP Metal İnş. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. has reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings shall be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 14:00.

Third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the investigation until the end of the business hours on Friday, October 05, 2012.
