The investigation conducted to determine whether Pak Gıda Üretim ve Pazarlama A.Ş., Özmaya Sanayi A.Ş., Dosu Maya Mayacılık A.Ş. and Mauri Maya Sanayi A.Ş. violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by colluding to fix the prices of fresh yeast reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at 10:00 am.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on Friday, October 03, 2014.
