The investigation conducted to determine whether certain ready-mixed concrete producers operating in Ankara violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of agreements/concerted practices restricting competition concerning the labor market has reached the hearing stage. The hearing in question will be held on May 06, 2025 at 10:30.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who want to attend the meeting to make a statement should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which show their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of working hours on April 29, 2025.  

Those who want to attend the hearing as audience can follow the meeting online. To this end, the participation form should be filled in according to the instructions on the website of the Competition Authority half an hour before the meeting time at the latest.
