The investigation about Meta Platforms Inc. (previous title Facebook Inc.), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (previous title Facebook Ireland Limited), WhatsApp LLC and Madoka Turkey Bilişim Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. conducted to determine whether they violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 has reached the hearing stage. The hearing will be held on August 23, 2022 at 10:30 AM.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who want to attend the meeting to speak should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which show their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on August 16, 2022.  

Those who want to attend the hearing as audience can follow the meeting online. To this end, the participation form should be fulfilled in accordance with the instructions on the Competition Authority website no later than half an hour before the meeting time.
