The Draft Guidelines on Competition Infringements in Labor Markets were prepared under the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition with an aim to ensure legal certainty and predictability, and were submitted to public opinion in accordance with the Competition Board decision dated 12.09.2024 and numbered 24-37/888-M.

The opinions received from universities, non-governmental organizations, undertakings, associations of undertakings, law firms, lawyers and independent business owners were carefully examined and included in the Draft Guidelines. 

The Draft Guidelines revised in this framework were discussed in the Competition Board meeting of 21.11.2024, and the Guidelines on Competition Infringements in Labor Markets were adopted with the decision numbered 24-49/1087-RM(4). 

The principles brought by the Guidelines will be discussed in the webinar to be made on December 13, 2024 between 14:00 and 15:00. 

The webinar will include a presentation by the Secondary Regulation Preparation Group, who prepared the Guidelines, followed by questions and answers section; registration for the webinar can be made through the registration form. Online meeting link for the webinar will be shared with the registered participants.
