Block Exemption Communiqué on Vertical Agreements in the Motor Vehicles Sector (Communiqué no 2017/3) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 24.02.2017 and numbered 29989 and was put into force. Accordingly, “Guidelines Explaining the Block Exemption Communiqué on Vertical Agreements in the Motor Vehicles Sector,” which was prepared in order to explain the points that will be taken into consideration in the application of the Communiqué and thereby to minimize any uncertainties that may arise in the interpretation of the Communiqué by the undertakings has also entered into force after its adoption by the decision of the Board.
