Drafts for the "Guidelines on the Assessment of Horizontal Mergers and Acquisitions" and the "Guidelines on the Assessment of Non-Horizontal Mergers and Acquisitions," which intend to establish the general principles to be considered in the assessments made by the Competition Board concerning horizontal and on-horizontal mergers and acquisitions have been released for public comment.

You can submit your opinions and comments on the draft guidelines to duzenleme@rekabet.gov.tr until 11.01.2013.
