"Draft Guidelines for the Explanation of the Regulation on Active Cooperation for Detecting Cartels," which was prepared in order to eliminate any uncertainties related to the application of the  Regulation on Active Cooperation for Detecting Cartels (Leniency Regulation) that entered into force after its publication in the Official Gazette dated 15.02.2009 and numbered 27142, has been brought before the opinion of the public and interested parties. You can submit your opinion related to the draft guidelines to duzenleme@rekabet.gov.tr until July 6, 2012.
