We are honored to introduce you the Turkish Competition Authority’s (TCA) new periodical, titled “Competition Newsletter”.

With the knowledge and experience it accumulated through a period of more than 25 years, the TCA has led landmark cases and made significant contributions to the economic welfare of Türkiye.

In line with the TCA’s commitment to share its experience and better express its enforcement to its shareholders, the Competition Newsletter aims to highlight the main activities of the TCA.

Due to the fact that the June-September period was a highly active one in terms of investigations, the first issue of the Newsletter is dedicated exclusively to the concluded and newly initiated investigation decisions as well as interim measure decisions. Subsequent issues will include other decisions as well as updates on legislative and institutional developments.
