Within the scope of the visit of the President of Mongolia Mr. Ukhnaa KHURELSUKH to Türkiye upon the invitation of the President Mr. Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN on Thursday, January 16, 2025, Bilateral Cooperation Protocol between the Turkish Competition Authority and the Anti-Monopoly Agency of Mongolia was also signed. The protocol on cooperation in the field of competition policy between the Presidency of the Competition Authority of the Republic of Türkiye and Anti-Monopoly Agency of Mongolia was signed by the President of the Competition Authority Birol KÜLE and Ambassador Munkhbayar GOMBOSUREN. The Cooperation Protocol aims to encourage and strengthen the cooperation between the parties in the field of competition law enforcement and competition policy. According to the Protocol signed, the parties will exchange information and experience concerning the developments about the legislation and the investigations conducted, make study visits, provide expert training and take other active cooperation opportunities. Within this scope, it is aimed that the coordination and communication between Türkiye and Mongolia Competition Authorities will be advanced.
